How to make support ticket if you have a problem with or a question about our services.

Opening a support ticket can easily be done via our contact page here.
To ensure you get the quickest response possible, please make sure to select the department most relevant to your question. 

When you write a ticket make sure to include as much information about your question/problem. If you have more than one server, make sure to let us know which server you need help with.
