When I log into my server I'm on a different server or the IP doesn't work!

Chances are you're not including the port with your IP. Most of our plans come with a port. A port is the number after the : in your IP.

For example, 67.222.150.155:25596

The green text above is the port number. Ensure that you are using your port number at the end of your numerical IP address.

If you are using a subdomain there are a couple of things to take note of. For instance, if you have set up your subdomain within the last 24 hours and it is still not working, then your Internet Service Provider has not updated their DNS records yet. Most ISPs do this every 24 hours.
